1. About Us
If you have any suggestions or comments on the www.wetsuithire.co.uk service or the website please email Zone3 at email@example.com. All images are for illustrative purposes and we reserve the right to amend the designs from time to time. Wetsuithire.co.uk is operated by International Management Group (UK) Limited. 2. Acceptance of Conditions
These Conditions shall apply in place of and prevail over any terms or conditions (whether or not in conflict or inconsistent with these Conditions) contained or referred to in any documentation submitted by the Participant or in correspondence or elsewhere or implied by trade custom, practice or course of dealing. A variation of these Conditions is only valid if www.wetsuithire.co.uk gives notice to the Participant in writing in any official material or correspondence (including via email). The Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Conditions upon completion of the Entry Form.
3. Shipping & Handling
Postage will be through DPd Local courier only. The item will need to be signed for and will only be delivered Monday to Friday. A one-off delivery charge, to be advised by Zone3, will be enforced to the Participant if re-delivery of a wetsuit is required in situations where the item was not delivered due to the fault of the Participant. Such situations may be (without limitation):
(i) - The item was not signed for because the Participant was not present at the listed delivery address on more than three (3) occasions.
(ii) - The item could not be delivered because the address provided by the Participant was incorrect or incomplete.
4. Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your wetsuit to you within ten (10) working days of you placing the order. International delivery of items may take an additional fourteen (14) days. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is at the shipping address on the day of delivery to sign for your wetsuit.
If you wish to change the size of your wetsuit once it has been delivered to you, you will be required to pay the delivery charge fee again. Payment must be made to Wetsuit Hire via Zone3 who can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org for payment options. The replacement will not be issued until the original wetsuit has been received back and your payment for return delivery has been cleared.
We operate a 14 day returns period from the moment you receive your wetsuit. During this time you can contact Zone3 at Wetsuit Hire c/o Zone3, Unit 1 Bridge Park, Merrow Lane, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7BF, England or email at email@example.com to inform Zone3 that you wish to return your wetsuit. The refund will only be actioned when the wetsuit has been returned (and you must return the wetsuit within 14 days of informing us that you wish to return it). You will be refunded the purchase fee but not the delivery charge.
7. Purchasing Your Hired Wetsuit
If you wish to purchase your wetsuit at any point during the hire period you can do so by paying the post season purchase price of £120(which is in addition to any hire fees and delivery fees that you have already been charged). You can purchase your wetsuit by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to pay via one of Zone3 preferred payment methods.
8. Returning Your Hired Wetsuit
Your hired wetsuit should be returned to the address below before 1ST October 2017: Wetsuit Hire c/o Zone3, Unit 1 Bridge Park, Merrow Lane, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7BF, England.
Any Participant who does not return their wetsuit to the above address by 1st October 20167 (unless you have elected to purchase it in accordance with clause 7 (above)) will be charged the post season wetsuit purchase charge of £120, this in addition to any hire fees or delivery fees already incurred or due. This is non-negotiable.
If in the event of charging the post season wetsuit charge due to no return, the suit is returned and we agree to refund the charge, £20 will be deducted as an administration fee.
We recommend you return your wetsuit using registered post. In the event that your suit your suit does not arrive back to us under any circumstances, we will require registered proof of postage and delivery in order for you to avoid the additional post season wetsuit purchase charge of £120.
9. Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is applicable (and is included in the prices stated).
10. Damaged Suits and Warranty
Whilst we take every care in checking our suits are in a good working condition, if you feel that you have been delivered a damaged product and wish to exchange it, please contact wetsuit hire WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt by emailing email@example.com to notify the team. You then have another 14 days to return the wetsuit to us for exchange.
If no replacement is available, you will be refunded in full. If in the opinion of wetsuitehire.co.uk you damage your wetsuit whilst it is in your care and it is no longer suitable for further use you will be charged the post season wetsuit purchase charge of £120 (which is in addition to any hire fees and delivery fees already paid or due).
Please return the wetsuit via recorded post.
Due to the second hand nature of the products being sold the exact warranty is dependent upon the product (and is defined in each product description). Where possible the product will be exchanged with a like model. Where this is not possible an alternative model or a refund will be offered.
11. Credit/Debit Card Security
www.wetsuithire.co.uk does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
